Sky View High School FFA won 1st place at the Utah Envirothon competition held April 25-26 at Castle Valley Outdoors, a guest ranch facility near Emery, Utah. They were accompanied to the competition by their advisor, Dave Erickson.
Team members Hailey Hansen, Olivia Aquillon, Alex Clements, Anna Hullinger and Kaycee Goodrich competed against 11 other high school teams at the state competition. Their team was sponsored by the North Cache Conservation District.
Sky View High FFA placed first, Mountain Crest High FFA placed second in this year’s Utah Envirothon and Soldier Hollow 4-H placed third.
